    Friends of the Calumet Public Library
    Second Tuesday of every Month @ 5:30 p.m. in the Library

    Are you looking for a way to become involved in your community?  How about joining the Friends of the Calumet Public Library!  There are many ways to lend a hand at the library:  programming ideas, volunteer opportunities, the Red Jacket Readers Book Club, and more.  These are open meetings and we welcome new members and new ideas.  Come find out what's ahead at the Calumet Public Library.

     

    Calumet Library has a position open on the Library Advisory Board.  If you are interested, stop by the circulation desk to pick up an application.  You must live in the CLK District.

    STORYTIME
    Storytime will begin again Thurs., Sept. 25th @ 10:15 a.m.

     

    READ TO RIDE

    "Like to ride bikes?"  If you are between the ages of 6 & 14 (by July 30, 2015) and a resident of Houghton or Keweenaw Counties, you have a chance to win a new bike.  It's simple, stop by the library and pick up a form.  The more books you read the more chances to win.  1 book = 1 chance.  All forms need to be turned in by August 1, 2015.  The drawing will be on August 6, 2015.

     

    MICHIGAN ACTIVITY PASS
