In sports this weekend the baseball team was defeated in Districts by Iron Mountian, the softball team was defeated by Houghton. In track the girls took 8th and the boys took 9th at the UP Finals. Congratulations to all of our sports teams on their spring seasons!
There will be a short meeting for any high school athletes interested in joining cross country on Tuesday, June 6 outside of the lunch room at 3:30.
Sports physicals will be held on : Wednesday June 7, 2023
Girls @ 5:00 p.m.
Boys @ 6:00 p.m.
Physicals will be held in the Washington Middle School gymnasium. The cost is $10.00. Physical forms can be picked up from any of the school offices or the Public Library. They must be completely filled out by your parent or guardian and brought to the physical to be completed by the physicians.
Students who started driver education in the Spring class, you will have class on Wednesday June 7th at 2:30. This does not pertain to students starting driver’s ed next week.
All remaining protein shakes are on sale for $1 in the first floor office
Tuesday, June 6th, at 3:30 in Mr. Goke's room there will be a short organizational meeting for those interested in playing esports next year.
