Congratulations to the volleyball teams on their victories over Houghton!
Auditions for the Senior Class Play will be held on Tuesday, October 10th from 4-7pm in the Elementary Music Room. The play will be a double feature of Frosty the Snowman followed by a Charlie Brown Christmas. Sign up for an audition slot or to be on stage crew in the 2nd-floor office. Audition materials will be provided. Talk to Mr. Riutta if you have any questions.
Yesterdays’ dress up day turned things around for the seniors who went from last place on Monday to first place on Tuesday, followed by the juniors in second, then freshman in third and sophomores in fourth. Today's dress up day is BBQ dads vs Soccer moms - class counts will be done this hour.
Penny Wars continue through Thursday - bring your change to the second floor office. Homecoming buttons are on sale in either office and during lunches! You will not be counted for spirit day on Friday, if you do not have a button.
Tonight is the Powderpuff Football game between the junior and senior girls. There will also be tug-of-war at half time for all grades to participate in to earn spirit points.
Students who are participating in coronation tomorrow will be excused from third hour to prepare. Meet at the classroom next to the library at 10:35
Bring in canned goods for the Food Pantry. For every 5 items you bring, your name goes into the drawing for the opportunity to hit the Pinata at the Pep Assembly on Friday. Drop them off in your advisor's classroom: Seniors - Mr. Waurio, Juniors - Mrs. Bonacorsi, Sophomores - Mrs. La Cross, and Freshmen - Mrs. Antilla
Homecoming king and queen voting begins now! Or it will as soon as schoology comes back up… Look for the link in the CHS group on Schoology - voting will close at noon - you may only vote one time!
