Congratulations to the quiz bowl team on their performance at the blizzard bowl on Saturday!
In hockey this weekend the varsity team lost in the Regionals to Hancock, the jv team lost in the Finals to Houghton and Hancock.
In the Region 1 Science Olympiad tournament Saturday 2-25-23 at Northern Michigan University, Calumet High School had a very good showing garnering 12 medals in 18 events, falling just short of advancing to state finals as a team. 1 st place finishers in 4 events did qualify to compete in their events independently at the state finals at Michigan State University in April. Good luck to the boys basketball teams as they host Lake Linden this evening!
There will be a prom meeting next week on Wednesday in Mrs. Bonacorsi's room.
There will be a short meeting for any students that intend to try out for the varsity hockey team next season. The meeting will be held Tuesday (28th) at 3:30 in the Upper Commons
A representative from NMU will be here tomorrow at 10:30 in Mr. Reuter's office.
